Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist license
  • Experience working with elementary grade levels, specifically Pre-K to 5th grade
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents
  • Previous experience with district-wide assessments is a plus

Location: Springfield, Massachusetts

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological assessments and interventions for students across three days at an elementary magnet school
  • Collaborate with another school psychologist on district-wide assessments for two days
  • Support students' mental health and academic needs through individualized plans
  • Consult with educators, parents, and administrative staff on student progress and challenges
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive learning environment
