Key Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist license in Minnesota
• Previous experience with school-age children, preferably in early childhood settings
• Strong understanding of assessment tools, IEP processes, and intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct services to students including counseling, behavior intervention, and crisis support
• Consult with teachers and families to create supportive learning environments
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all state and federal regulations
• Collaborate in professional development and contribute to a positive school climate
