Key Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois School Psychologist License required
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary and middle school-aged children
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to assess student needs and design effective intervention plans
- Enthusiasm for promoting positive student outcomes and school community well-being
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify academic, behavioral, and emotional needs of students
- Develop and implement strategies to support student success and well-being
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to deliver comprehensive support
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and create clear, actionable reports
- Provide short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and guidance as needed
- Contribute to initiatives that foster safe, inclusive learning environments
