Qualifications:
- Masters degree in School Psychology or a closely related field
- Current licensure as a School Psychologist in Minnesota
- Experience supporting students in elementary, middle, or high school settings
- Strong understanding of student assessment techniques and best practices in intervention
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student progress and behavior
- Participate in IEP meetings, crafting and monitoring student support plans
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive school climate
