Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral or Masters degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Valid School Psychologist certification or license in the state of South Carolina
  • Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong assessment and evaluation skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Knowledge of mental health disorders and interventions
  • Commitment to professional development and best practices in psychology

Location:

  • Rock Hill, SC, with onsite presence required; open to hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological assessments, evaluations, and interventions for students
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
  • Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with state regulations
  • Conduct crisis interventions and provide support during emergencies
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
  • Monitor and analyze student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Promote mental health awareness and wellness initiatives within the school community
