Essential Qualifications: -Active School Psychologist Licensure -DESE (Department of Elementary and Secondary Education) licensure required -Experience conducting psychological and psychoeducational evaluations in a school environment -Strong understanding of child development, social-emotional learning, and behavioral interventions -Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities: -Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations to uncover and understand students unique behavioral, emotional, and learning profiles -Administer, score, and interpret age-appropriate psychoeducational assessments for a diverse elementary student population -Work closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to design effective support strategies and interventions -Contribute to the development and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) -Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to advocate for student needs and best practices -Document and communicate findings in clear, actionable reports
