Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Current School Psychologist credential or certification in the state of Rhode Island
• Experience working with elementary and middle school-aged children
• Strong understanding of psychoeducational assessments and IEP processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students educational and psychological needs
• Develop and help implement IEPs and behavior intervention plans
• Deliver individual and group counseling to support emotional and social development
• Provide crisis intervention as needed
• Collaborate with educators, families, and outside professionals to ensure student success
• Offer consultation and support for school staff regarding student needs and learning strategies
