Step into a dynamic, full-time contract role as a School Psychologist serving a vibrant school community near Plano, TX. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference across 34 campuses through the entire academic year, from August 2026 through May 2027. All support is delivered in person, requiring travel between campuses to ensure students, staff, and families receive professional psychological services and timely evaluations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current and active Texas School Psychologist license
- Demonstrated experience within a school setting, preferably providing direct psychoeducational support
- Skilled at managing Full Individual Evaluations (FIEs), including obtaining consent, case management, and presentation of results
- Exceptional organizational abilitiesadept at balancing multiple evaluations, semi-concurrent caseloads, and strict timelines
- Reliable transportation for traveling between various campuses (onsite presence is required)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, essential for working with educators, administrators, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in Student Support Team (SST) meetings, offering expertise and insights
- Obtain informed consent and conduct thorough FIEs as the case manager
- Attend Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings to discuss evaluation findings
- Maintain meticulous documentation and adherence to state and district compliance requirements
- Collaborate with campus administrators, special education teams, and students families
- Rotate between multiple schools to support comprehensive student needs
