Job Description

A full-time School Psychologist position is available in the Tempe, AZ area, serving both elementary and middle school students. This contract role offers a 40-hour workweek with consistent weekly paychecks and benefits included. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations for elementary and middle school students.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement intervention plans.
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention support within the school setting.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expert knowledge.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and recommend appropriate services.

Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure.
  • Experience with elementary and middle school populations preferred.
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and collaboration skills.
  • Effective communication abilities with students, staff, and families.
  • Ability to handle caseload management efficiently.
