Qualifications:

• Masters degree in School Psychology or related field required
• Active New Hampshire school psychologist licensure
• Experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Proficient in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Committed to confidentiality and ethical practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to guide educational strategies
• Develop and recommend interventions tailored to individual student needs
• Lead and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
• Provide direct counseling services for students, either individually or in groups
• Offer crisis intervention and support for urgent student situations
• Contribute to the development of positive behavioral supports within the school environment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
