Impact lives across several campuses, providing essential psychological services for K8 students throughout the upcoming 26/27 school year. This is a full-time contract opportunity, with a 40-hour work week and diverse assignments.
Bring your skills and passion to a collaborative educational environment, enjoying a comprehensive compensation package. Alongside a base salary between $71,000 and $105,000, additional incentives are available, including up to $5,000 as a signing bonus, up to $5,000 as a retention stipend, $1,500 for hard-to-fill positions, $5,000 for bilingual professionals, and $3,000 for lead psychologist responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Active Arizona Psychology License (required)
- Strong background in school psychology and best practices for assessment, counseling, and intervention
- Experience supporting diverse student needs in elementary and middle school settings
- Ability to work effectively across multiple school locations
- Current Arizona fingerprint clearance card (required prior to start)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
What Youll Do:
- Conduct individualized student assessments and collaborate on intervention plans
- Partner with educators, families, and administrators to support students academic and emotional development
- Develop individual and group counseling strategies to bolster resilience and social-emotional skills
- Consult with educational teams regarding special education services and eligibility
- Support school-wide programs that foster an inclusive, safe, and supportive school climate
