Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Illinois School Psychologist License is required
• Prior experience working with elementary and middle school students is preferred
• In-depth understanding of educational assessments, MTSS/RTI, and individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive school environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive psychological services including assessment, counseling, and consultation for students in grades K8
• Conduct evaluations and create reports to aid in eligibility determinations and the development of IEPs
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to implement interventions that address academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Participate in team meetings and provide insights for individualized student planning
• Support crisis intervention and promote positive behavioral supports
