An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated professional to provide essential psychological services within a K-12 school environment. This role focuses on addressing the diverse needs of students through assessments, interventions, and support, ensuring their educational and emotional well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California School Psychologist License
  • Strong assessment and evaluation skills
  • Experience working with K-12 students
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to student success and mental health

Location: Oxnard, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on evaluations
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP discussions
  • Offer training and support to staff regarding mental health and wellness

This role is designed for a full-time commitment, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM, starting ASAP and continuing through the end of the school year.
