Job Description

This position offers an opportunity to provide essential psychological services within a K-12 school setting in Okanogan, WA, supporting up to 600 general education students across two buildings. The role is full-time, onsite, and runs from ASAP through the end of the school year, operating under a contract arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and deliver interventions tailored to student needs.
  • Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) accurately and thoroughly.
  • Collaborate closely with educators and staff, sharing responsibilities within assigned buildings.
  • Manage a caseload that aligns with your skill set, serving students across various grade levels.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid Washington State School Psychologist License.
  • Demonstrated ability to write detailed FBAs.
  • Experience working within K-12 educational environments.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills essential for multidisciplinary teamwork.
