Job Description
This position offers an opportunity to provide essential psychological services within a K-12 school setting in Okanogan, WA, supporting up to 600 general education students across two buildings. The role is full-time, onsite, and runs from ASAP through the end of the school year, operating under a contract arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and deliver interventions tailored to student needs.
- Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate closely with educators and staff, sharing responsibilities within assigned buildings.
- Manage a caseload that aligns with your skill set, serving students across various grade levels.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Washington State School Psychologist License.
- Demonstrated ability to write detailed FBAs.
- Experience working within K-12 educational environments.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills essential for multidisciplinary teamwork.
