Job Description

This contract opportunity is perfect for Certified School Psychologists seeking a dynamic, hands-on role for the upcoming academic year. You'll work across two elementary schools, supporting students through mild interventions and conducting psychological evaluations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active state School Psychologist license
  • Master's or higher in School Psychology or related field
  • Experience working in school settings, preferably elementary
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and students
  • Ability to manage time effectively between multiple locations

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Split your 37.5-hour workweek between two supportive elementary campuses
  • Conduct 10-15 evaluations per school, identifying student strengths and needs
  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral and academic interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and intervention plans
  • Maintain detailed records, ensuring compliance with all state and federal guidelines
  • Serve as an advocate for student well-being by providing resources and recommendations to staff and families
