Job Description

This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about supporting the educational and emotional needs of students in a dynamic middle school environment. Located in the Naperville, IL area, the contract for this position runs from August 22nd to May 29th, with a workload of 32.5 hours per week.

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in School Psychology
  • Clinical Certification (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
  • Experience working with students in grades 3-8
  • Strong evaluation and report writing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Location: Naperville, IL

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students in grades 3-8
  • Develop and present detailed reports at Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' needs
  • Provide guidance on behavioral interventions and academic support strategies
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
