Located in Mechanicsburg, PA, this contract position seeks a licensed school psychologist to support elementary students over a full school year. Working onsite up to 40 hours per week, you will manage a caseload of approximately 300 students, providing assessment and intervention services to guide special education eligibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine student eligibility for special education services
- Participate actively in student concern and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) meetings
- Collaborate with educators and families to recommend effective interventions and supports
- Maintain accurate records and documentation following state guidelines
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in School Psychology
- Full Pennsylvania State licensure as a School Psychologist is required
- Preferably a minimum of two years of experience in school settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with students, parents, and staff
- Ability to manage large caseloads efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
