Make a meaningful impact as a School Psychologist by supporting elementary students in dynamic, in-person settings in the Greater Cincinnati area. This contract position spans August 2026 through May 2027, providing the rewarding opportunity to guide young learners from Kindergarten through fourth grade. You'll be part of a dedicated educational team, focusing on comprehensive psychological services within a supportive environment.
What we're seeking:
- Valid School Psychologist license required for the state of Ohio
- Previous experience working in elementary school settings (K-4 preferred)
- Familiarity with initial assessments and reevaluations (caseload of approximately 55)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in an in-person, full-time role supporting one school community
- Comfort working as part of a multidisciplinary team and engaging with educators and families
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational assessments for initial evaluations and reevaluations
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Help design and implement interventions tailored to elementary-age students
- Support data-driven decision making for individualized educational programs (IEPs)
- Provide crisis intervention and contribute to prevention and wellness programs
- Document services and maintain compliance with school, district, and state standards
