Key Qualifications:

• Active School Psychologist credentials in Delaware (or eligibility for state licensure)
• Experience providing psychological assessments and support services in school settings, particularly for PreK populations
• Strong knowledge of IEPs, special education processes, and Response to Intervention (RTI)
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic educational environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for PreK students
• Develop intervention strategies and recommendations tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement IEPs
• Provide direct and consultative support to students, staff, and families
• Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in alignment with school and district guidelines
