Qualifications:

• Masters degree in School Psychology or a closely related field
• Valid Nevada license as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and counseling techniques
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse school environments and student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
• Provide direct counseling, behavior intervention, and crisis management services as needed
• Assist with establishing positive and inclusive school climates
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant district, state, and federal guidelines
