Job Description

This opportunity is for a School Psychologist to serve K-12 students in a contract position based in Lansdale, PA. The role involves providing comprehensive psychological services that support student learning, development, and well-being across the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and eligibility for special education services.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration to develop effective intervention plans and behavior strategies.
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention to support students social-emotional health.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to team decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations related to school psychology.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations.
  • Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and consultation services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of educational laws and regulations affecting students with disabilities.
