Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Valid Indiana state license as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with K-12 students
  • Strong understanding of educational disabilities and Special Education services
  • Ability to develop and implement behavior and academic intervention plans
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite preferred, with a hybrid teletherapy option)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying students who may need Special Education services
  • Collaborate as a member of the schools Multidisciplinary Team
  • Provide school-based counseling for students in crisis
  • Serve as a resource for staff, parents, and students on psychological services
  • Discuss and manage individual student caseloads during interviews

This role spans full-time hours of 37.5 per week, with a schedule likely ranging from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, depending on school assignment. Consideration will also be given to part-time candidates. The contract runs now to the end of the school year, May 22, 2025.
