Job Description

In a supportive educational environment, professionals are needed to provide essential psychological services to students ranging from pre-k to 12th grade. This role focuses on assessing, evaluating, and guiding students' mental health and educational needs within a contract position for the upcoming school year.

Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist License in California
  • PPS Credential
  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in assessments and evaluations
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with parents and IEP teams
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively

Location:

  • Hayward, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, re-evaluations, and evaluations for students
  • Attend IEP meetings in person to discuss and explain assessment results
  • Collaborate with educational teams to ensure compliance with IEP processes
  • Provide psychological insights and recommendations tailored to student needs
  • Support less than 50 students across pre-k and online platforms
