Qualifications & Required Credentials:
- Valid Georgia School Psychologist license
- Current Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GA PSC) certification
- Experience in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, consultation, and assessment skills
- Commitment to ethical standards and collaborative practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessments
- Provide direct counseling, intervention, and consultation services
- Monitor and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to implement supports
- Participate actively in IEP and eligibility meetings
- Contribute to prevention, crisis interventions, and program development
