Step into a rewarding school-based contract opportunity for skilled School Psychologists near the vibrant New Orleans area. This position begins as soon as possible and runs through late May 2027, following the school calendar. You'll work full-time, Monday through Friday, with a manageable 35-hour workweek. What Were Looking For:

• Licensed and actively certified by the Louisiana Department of Education
• Previous experience as a School Psychologist within a K-12 environment preferred
• Ability to complete all district credentialing, including drug screening and fingerprinting
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organization skills
• Comfortable working onsite; this role does not accept remote or virtual candidates
• Flexibility regarding caseload and school assignments as determined by the district

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive psychological services to a diverse student population
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to assess student needs and design interventions
• Conduct assessments, consultations, and crisis interventions as required
• Collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to support student learning
• Maintain thorough and accurate records compliant with district and state guidelines
• Provide support for IEP development and attend relevant meetings
