Qualifications:

• Active Louisiana Department of Education School Psychologist Certification (DOE Cert) required
• School-based experience as a School Psychologist strongly preferred
• Ability to work onsite, full-time (no remote or virtual positions available)
• Prepared to complete time-sensitive credentialing, including district drug screen and fingerprinting
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments for referred students
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized academic and behavioral plans
• Participate in eligibility and IEP/504 meetings
• Support crisis intervention and prevention initiatives across campus(es)
• Provide short-term counseling and direct interventions as needed
