This contract opportunity near Glendale, AZ allows you to support elementary, middle, and high school students, collaborating with educators and families to promote student success and well-being.
Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in School Psychology or a related field required
- Active Arizona School Psychologist license
- Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Previous experience providing services in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills with students, staff, and parents
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational assessments for students as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor student intervention plans
- Offer counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support for students across age groups
- Provide staff consultation and training on behavioral and learning challenges
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines for school psychology practice
