Job Description

A full-time School Psychologist position is available for the current school year in a K-12 school setting located in Florence, MA. This contracted role offers the opportunity to work onsite within a supportive educational environment focusing on diverse student needs across all grade levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students K-12.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide counseling and intervention services to support students emotional, social, and academic development.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide programs that promote mental health and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and federal regulations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist certification or licensure.
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations.
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of multiple students effectively.
