What Youll Need:
- Active CO Psychologist license
- Experience working within school settings and familiarity with K-12 caseloads
- Strong skills in assessment, progress monitoring, and counseling
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Comfort in both onsite and virtual (panel/casual) interview formats
- Willingness to complete school-specific onboarding, including fingerprinting
- Dedication to confidentiality, ethical standards, and student well-being
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results for multidisciplinary teams
- Serve as an advocate and resource for student mental health and special education services
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to develop, implement, and review IEPs and behavior intervention plans
- Offer individual and group counseling to address social-emotional needs
- Deliver crisis intervention and support as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in school meetings
