Step into a dynamic role providing comprehensive psychological services to students in a school setting. You'll play a vital part in evaluating student needs, driving educational success, and supporting mental health for learners both with and without disabilities. This contract position runs from August 6, 2026, through May 27, 2027, and offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours weekly. Five openings are available, with both in-person and limited virtual opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A Masters degree in school psychology
• At least two years of experience as a school psychologist intern (or equivalent training/experience)
• State certification as a School Psychologist
• Exceptional ability to conduct psychoeducational evaluations and deliver clear, comprehensive reports
• Strong skills facilitating individual and group counseling for students
• Competence in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and outside agencies
• Comfort using various assessment tools, scoring systems, and modern office technology
• Stellar written and verbal communication abilities
• Adeptness at managing and analyzing student data, records, and reports
• The physical capability to work in a school setting and handle required equipment

Key duties include:

• Performing thorough psychological assessments and communicating findings
• Observing and evaluating student behavior to promote positive outcomes
• Participating actively in IEP and placement meetings
• Providing crisis intervention and coordinating crisis management programs
• Offering professional consultations with teachers, parents, and administrators
• Keeping current with professional practices, data, and legal requirements
• Maintaining accurate records for district and federal compliance, including Medicaid forms
