Qualifications:
- Master's degree in School Psychology or closely related field required
- Active New Hampshire school psychologist licensure
- Demonstrated experience with students at elementary, middle, and/or high school levels
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Effective communicator and collaborator with students, staff, and families
- Ability to adapt interventions and strategies to meet varying student needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results for educational planning
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to address students behavioral and learning challenges
- Develop individualized intervention plans and monitor student progress
- Participate actively in IEP and other multidisciplinary team meetings
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and preventive services as needed
- Advocate for appropriate student accommodations and resources
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
