Job Description

A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to support an elementary school setting in Denver, CO. This position is designed for a candidate with expertise in child development and psychological assessment within the K-6 student population. The assignment is for the current school year (CSY), providing essential services to support student mental health and educational success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting psychological evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to create supportive learning environments
  • Providing crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
  • Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions accordingly

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working in an elementary school environment
  • Strong knowledge of child psychology, assessment tools, and intervention strategies
