Job Description

Seeking a dedicated professional to provide critical psychological services in a K-12 school setting during a leave of absence. This role is centered on supporting students' mental health and educational needs through assessment, intervention, and consultation.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive school environment

Location:
Denver, CO

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and develop appropriate interventions.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student needs.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students, promoting emotional and psychological well-being.
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and attend related meetings.
  • Deliver professional development workshops for staff on mental health topics.
  • Stay updated on best practices in school psychology and relevant educational policies.
