Qualifications:
- Current Michigan School Psychologist Certification (fully approved or temporary required)
- Background in school-based psychological services
- Strong understanding of MARSE and IDEA compliance requirements
- Familiarity with MTSS, PBIS, and data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and report-writing skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations in alignment with state and federal guidelines
- Administer, score, and interpret a variety of assessments to determine student eligibility and recommended supports
- Provide clear, timely, and compliant evaluation reports
- Collaborate in the development of IEP goals, accommodations, and behavioral intervention plans
- Offer school psychological services to any student in need, supporting a continuum of care
- Contribute actively to MTSS and PBIS initiatives to promote student success
