Qualifications:
- Masters degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid Kentucky School Psychologist license
- Previous experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students is highly valued
- Strong assessment, consultation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in developing and implementing effective interventions
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for students in a range of grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support students academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) and 504 meetings, contributing expertise in eligibility and intervention planning
- Develop and recommend appropriate evidence-based interventions and accommodations
- Provide crisis prevention and intervention services as needed
- Promote a positive and respectful school climate through ongoing consultation, coaching, and professional development
