Job Description

Columbus, OH - Sunbelt is partnering with a local school district to hire a School Psychologist for a full time job. The School Psychologist will be responsible for providing services at two school sites, one preschool and one elementary school. Students have mild to moderate disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive evaluations of students identified or suspected of being disabled
Interpret results of evaluation
Participate as a member or evaluation/placement team and contribute to the written report of that team regarding student's individual strengths and weaknesses
Consult with parents and educational personnel
Provide counseling individually and for groups of students
Implement or modify instructional strategies, classroom management procedures, intervention strategies and follow up activities
Maintain appropriate child study files

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in School Psychology or equivalent
Ohio School Psychologist Certificate/License
Knowledge and experience in measures of psycho-educational assessment and interpretation
