Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in School Psychology
- At least 2 years of experience (internship accepted)
- Current state certification as a School Psychologist
- Strong interpersonal, assessment, and counseling abilities
- Ability to conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and write detailed reports
- Physically able to use required equipment (computer, phone, etc.)
- Effective verbal, written, and digital communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational and psychological assessments
- Deliver individual and group counseling services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote student success
- Consult on academic, behavioral, and social interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and crisis management initiatives
- Provide in-service training and support for staff and families
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to Medicaid reimbursement processes
