Job Description

Two full-time opportunities are available for skilled professionals who are passionate about student development and educational success. Both an elementary position and a secondary position (serving grades 5-12) are open, allowing you to specialize in the age group that best matches your expertise. As an integral part of the educational team, you will provide essential psychological support, conduct evaluations, and participate in student assessments to ensure every learner has the resources they need to thrive.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • Active School Psychologist certification (state requirements must be met)
  • Previous experience in a school setting, working with elementary and/or secondary students
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with staff, students, and families
  • Confidence in completing evaluations, assessments, and writing detailed reports
  • Solid understanding of current psychological practices and school-based intervention strategies
  • Willingness to work onsite (virtual or remote options are not available)
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage caseload priorities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting psychological assessments and formal evaluations to guide instructional planning
  • Consulting with teachers, parents, and administrators on best practices and effective interventions
  • Supporting students mental health and social-emotional well-being
  • Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating to develop student plans
  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation and adhering to all district and state policies
