Step into a dynamic role in the Oak Lawn area, working with students as a School Psychologist for a rewarding contract position. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00am-3:00pm, totaling 35 hours each week. As a valued member of an educational team, you'll support student growth and well-being, collaborating closely with teachers, families, and administrators.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with School Psychologist endorsement
• Experience with conducting psycho-educational evaluations and re-evaluations
• Strong knowledge of IEP process and special education law
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families and school teams
• Strong organizational abilities and a commitment to meeting deadlines
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations as required
• Participate in IEP meetings to develop and review student supports
• Provide direct consultation and intervention for students, staff, and families
• Interpret assessment results and offer clear recommendations
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster safe, supportive learning environments
