Job Description

A dynamic opportunity awaits experienced School Psychologists looking to make a meaningful impact in an educational environment. This position is full-time and located near Cicero, IL, where you will oversee psychological services across five K-12 schools.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Indiana state license as a School Psychologist
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Demonstrated experience working with K-12 students
  • Strong understanding of educational disabilities and Special Education services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop behavior and academic intervention plans
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Location: Cicero, IL area

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the identification of students needing Special Education services
  • Serve as a key member of the schools Multidisciplinary Team
  • Collaborate with the Intervention Team, Safety Team, and other support teams
  • Develop and implement behavior and academic intervention plans
  • Provide school-based counseling for students in crisis
  • Act as a resource for staff, parents, and students regarding psychological services
  • Manage a caseload that may be discussed during the interview process
