What you'll bring:
- Master's or higher degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Valid certification or license as a School Psychologist.
- Prior experience working in educational settings strongly preferred.
- Excellent assessment, counseling, and consultation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively with staff, students, and families.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct psychological assessments to identify students' learning, behavioral, and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to develop effective intervention and educational plans.
- Provide direct and indirect counseling services to students on an individual and group basis.
- Participate in IEP meetings, supporting the creation and implementation of student support plans.
- Consult with families and school staff to recommend strategies and resources.
- Contribute to ongoing development of supportive, inclusive school climate.
