Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification and/or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience or strong interest in working with preschool-aged children
• Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and supporting various student needs
• Ability to communicate effectively with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptability and organizational skills suited to the dynamic school setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for PreK students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service staff to create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Deliver evidence-based interventions, counseling, and crisis response as needed
• Provide consultation and resources to classroom teachers on behavior management and learning strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations for special education
