Key Qualifications:
- Current, valid Michigan School Psychologist license required
- Experience with a range of student behaviors is preferred
- Familiarity working across elementary, middle, and/or high school populations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work onsite; this is not a remote position
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized support strategies for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student well-being and academic success
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Document services and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies
- Participate in meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
