Qualifications:

  • Valid Illinois School Psychologist License
  • Professional Educator License (PEL)
  • Strong background in school psychology, particularly with middle school-aged students
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents
  • Experience conducting assessments and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological assessments, interventions, and consultations for students
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to implement appropriate support strategies
  • Develop and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in alignment with student needs
  • Conduct crisis interventions and provide support during emergencies
  • Facilitate professional development workshops for staff on mental health and wellness
