Key Qualifications:
- Current certification or state licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience in administering and interpreting psychological assessments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Proficiency in developing and implementing intervention strategies
- Familiarity with IEP development and participation in IEP meetings
- Ability to manage a caseload in a diverse school setting
- Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology or a related field
What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students
- Develop individualized recommendations to support student needs
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding interventions and accommodations
- Assist in the creation and monitoring of IEPs and behavior intervention plans
- Provide crisis intervention and participate in school-wide prevention programs
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and legal standards
- Contribute to a positive school culture by fostering inclusion and well-being
