• Skilled in conducting pre-referral consultations and psychoeducational evaluations

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive behavioral and psychological services to students across two elementary sites
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop, monitor, and refine effective behavior management strategies
• Conduct assessments and participate in pre-referral processes, making data-informed recommendations
• Offer consultative support and professional development to staff regarding behavior intervention techniques
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality standards
• Engage families and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success and well-being
