Seeking a dedicated professional to support K-12 students through their educational journeys in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time positioN is focused on fostering a positive learning environment and addressing the diverse needs of students for the upcoming school year.

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working with K-12 students
• Strong assessment and intervention skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of special education laws and procedures

Location:

• Albuquerque, NM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide counseling and support to students experiencing emotional or behavioral difficulties
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment
• Facilitate training and workshops for school staff on mental health topics
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student interventions
• Monitor and analyze student progress and adjust interventions as needed
