Job Description

Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse position for a School District in California.

Sunbelt Staffing is working closely with a school district nearEl Cajon, California,to locate a School Based Nurse (LVN) for this school year.This full-time position requires the LVN to ride the bus with the student to and from school and attend school to ensure ongoing medical support.

Job Qualifications:

Active LVN license in California is required
Experience with pediatric or school-based care is preferred
Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to medical emergencies.

Job Details:

Full-Time, 35 hours per week
Provide 1:1 medical care for a high school student, riding the bus to and from school and attending classes
Administer medications, monitor the student's health condition, and provide care as needed during the school day
Work closely with school staff and the students healthcare team to maintain a safe environment
