Location:

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing assessments and interventions for students in the Communication Development Program, Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program, and other specialized programs.
• Collaborate with educators to support the health needs of students, facilitating their participation in school activities.
• Develop and implement individualized health care plans in partnership with families and school staff.
• Monitor and maintain health records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and school policies.
• Serve as a health education resource for students, staff, and parents, promoting wellness and prevention strategies.
• Travel between four school locations to deliver consistent and accessible nursing care.
