Provide specialized nursing care for an elementary school student requiring comprehensive medical support in Pittsburgh, PA. This full-time, contract position is ideal for a licensed RN or LPN with experience in pediatric care, offering a meaningful opportunity to impact a child's daily life and educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver full nursing care to a trach- and vent-dependent kindergarten student with a feeding tube.
• Administer feeding promptly upon the student's arrival at school.
• Manage diapering and incontinence care throughout the school day.
• Perform transfers to and from the wheelchair safely and efficiently.
• Accompany the student on the afternoon bus ride, providing care and supervision.

Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license.
• Experience with pediatric patients who have complex medical needs.
• Ability to provide compassionate, attentive care in a school environment.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with school staff and family.

Location and Schedule:

• Position is based onsite at an elementary school in Pittsburgh, PA.
• Full-time schedule, 37.5 hours per week.
• Contract covers summer and the next school year (2025-26).
